Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding customer service with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a diverse range of concession items, including snacks and beverages.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure that concession areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Create a Welcoming Atmosphere: Contribute to a positive and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Required certification for alcohol service in Michigan.
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest relations is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with guests and team members.
  • A passion for creating an inviting atmosphere that aligns with TOCA's values.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Basic math skills and experience with cash handling.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical capability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies weighing over 30 pounds.
