We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales and Operations Manager to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness - Northern California - #0195. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales and operations professional to take their career to the next level.
Job Summary
The Regional Sales and Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational excellence of the Orangetheory Fitness product at OTF Studio locations within designated cities. This includes leading and managing the OTF Studio Management team, providing daily direction and guidance to ensure sales and operations performance meets and exceeds expectations.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversight and support of the Studio Management, Sales, and Fitness teams to achieve all membership, KPI, and EBITDA goals.
- Management, monitoring, coaching/developing, and evaluating the performance of managers and staff.
- Working closely with Studio Managers to properly manage and exceed all OTF sales goals.
- Responsible for overseeing the sales process and systems with all staff, leading and coordinating initial and ongoing sales drivers (studio events, outreach).
- Direct sales through company required outreach programs.
- Monitoring the recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling of OTF studio staff.
- Assisting Studios to build and maintain OTF class size through scheduling optimization.
- Training and mentoring employees for ongoing success and future growth.
- Developing a high-energy culture through contests and incentive-based motivation.
- Ensuring Orangetheory branding through consistency and continuity in all actions.
- Managing disciplinary actions involving all OTF studio employees with the assistance of the Human Resources Department.
- Responsible for meeting performance metrics (KPIs), revenue, ordering, inventory, payroll, cost controls, and facilities maintenance.
- Responsible for 90-day Evaluation and annual OTF staff performance reviews.
- Enforcing OTF corporate policies, business practices, systems, and processes.
- Providing effective decision-making regarding customer service issues.
- Planning and promoting special events for the studio on a monthly basis, using OTF tools for effective outreach and community involvement.
- Responsible for ensuring that the facilities are clean, maintained, and operationally sound.
- Sending weekly summary reports of Regional Management productivity.
- Submitting monthly schedule of visits and trainings prior to the first of the month.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of previous management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Salary Range
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
