The Sr Managing Partner will lead all sales motions for a team of strategic sales professionals in the High Tech Media Vertical, responsible for developing a strategy to drive growth in revenue and number of sales across select high tech and media strategic accounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to obtain maximum sales revenues and attainment of corporate objectives.
- Develop account plans and sales strategies with funnel forecast and revenue growth accuracy.
- Develop high-level relationships and implement strategies to expand the market position for Strategic Named Accounts and MNCs, especially in the United States.
The ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of business sales experience, with an established record of sales opportunity wins within the recent Fortune 500 High Tech and Media segment. Additionally, they should have 7-10 years of wireless industry experience and 4-7 years of people management experience in a sales environment. A bachelor's degree is preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for internal reporting and production forecasting of quarterly production goals, with weekly updates for the Pod's performance towards goals.
Apart from the competitive base salary, the total target cash pay range for this role is $168,700 - $304,300, inclusive of target incentives. Employees in regular, non-temporary Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. At Disability Solutions, we offer comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending account, 401(k), employee stock grants, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and up to 12 paid holidays annually.
