Mind Therapy Clinic is seeking a compassionate and skilled Residential Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our psychiatric residence, you will provide essential support and assistance to residents receiving outpatient care during the daytime.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals planning a career in mental health, with undergraduate psychology or social work students, graduate students in the behavioral health field, and experienced LVNs, CADACs, and similar professionals encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor residents and assist them in developing life skills
  • Aid residents in time management and medication self-administration
  • Facilitate house meetings and manage crisis situations
  • Communicate with residents' treatment teams and aid in resident transportation
