Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wireless Systems Engineer to join our team at COLSA Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing complex RF engineering duties, including planning, designing, and implementing wireless communication systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement wireless communication systems, including cell towers and network infrastructure.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of RF systems at the National Training Center.
  • Apply mathematical and scientific principles to solve complex problems and design innovative solutions.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to drive project success.
  • Support the assessment of 5G equipment and the development of mobile 5G networks.
  • Provide user interfaces for Soldier 5G systems and legacy systems.
  • Design and conduct experiments to demonstrate the effectiveness and security of 5G networks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of related experience.
  • Previous experience in 3GPP and military base engineering standards.
  • Working knowledge of RF engineering tools, including propagation tools and planning tools.
  • Ability to travel to the National Training Center at least 25% of the time.
  • U.S. Citizenship and active DoD Secret security clearance.
