Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wireless Systems Engineer to join our team at COLSA Corporation. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex wireless communication systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cellular network infrastructure, including cell towers and power systems.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of National Training Center (NTC) RF systems.
  • Apply mathematical and scientific principles to solve complex engineering problems.
  • Design and develop wireless communication systems, including 5G networks, to meet specific requirements.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
  • Support the assessment and implementation of 5G equipment and unmanned systems.
  • Provide user interfaces for Soldier 5G (Government Furnished Equipment) and legacy systems.
  • Design and conduct experiments to demonstrate the effectiveness and security of 5G networks in test and training environments.
  • May provide work leadership to lower-level employees.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of related experience.
  • Previous experience in 3GPP and military base engineering standards.
  • Working knowledge of propagation tools, planning tools, and drive tools.
  • Ability to travel to NTC at least 25%.
  • U.S. Citizenship required; Active DoD Secret security clearance.
