Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide updates to clients regarding subcontractor schedules
  • Assist subcontractors in resolving job-related issues
  • Respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Enter data into the scheduling system (RFMS)
  • Accurately document information following each communication
  • Prepare reports on the status of materials

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
  • Experience in data entry and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in construction or dispatch is advantageous
