POSITION SUMMARY
Deliver exceptional customer service in various operational areas for exhibits and events. Facilitate guest experiences by ensuring safety and enjoyment during their visit. Manage ticket sales for attractions/events by providing accurate information and utilizing suggestive selling techniques. Promote and sell retail merchandise while maintaining attractive displays. Operate cash registers and POS systems for ticket and merchandise transactions, ensuring adherence to cash control procedures. Respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously, providing clear directions to various locations.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures; report any incidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management; ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional and clean; maintain confidentiality of sensitive information; safeguard company assets.

Welcome and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards; anticipate and address service needs; express genuine appreciation to guests.

Communicate effectively with others using professional language; answer phones with appropriate etiquette. Foster positive working relationships with colleagues; collaborate to achieve common objectives. Comply with quality assurance standards and expectations. Identify and propose innovative ideas, technologies, or processes to enhance organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout the entire shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned.
