Compensation Package: Base salary up to $125,000+, depending on experience, plus quarterly bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee a caseload of 75 to 100 cases, managing both pre-litigation and litigation processes.
- Develop comprehensive strategies for legal proceedings.
- Review and refine pre-litigation demand documents, as well as litigation pleadings, discovery, and responses.
- Conduct depositions, mediations, motions, and trial preparations.
- Exhibit a strong sense of ownership over cases, ensuring thorough and timely progress.
- Demonstrate a commitment to client care, treating them as individuals while addressing their legal needs.
- Proven litigation experience in personal injury law, including having taken and defended at least 20 depositions and conducted a minimum of 7 mediations, either as first or second chair.
- Familiarity with the procedures, timelines, and deadlines associated with discovery and litigation.
- Experience in drafting effective Stowers demands, with at least 10 completed.
- Strong communication, research, and writing abilities, with a background in creating various demand documents, motions, and pleadings.
- Exceptional negotiation and mediation skills.
- A proactive approach to managing files and advancing them toward resolution or trial, ensuring thoroughness in client representation.
- Dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Needles case management software is advantageous.
