Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced injury attorney to oversee our expanding caseload of plaintiff personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have prior litigation experience in personal injury law and a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of 75 to 100 cases, including pre-litigation and litigation
  • Formulate a strategy for legal action
  • Review and revise pre-litigation demand brochures, along with litigation pleadings, discovery, and responses
  • Handle depositions, mediations, motions, and trial work
  • Take ownership of files and move them forward toward settlement or trial

Requirements

  • Prior litigation experience in personal injury law, including at least 20 depositions, 7 mediations, and prior trial experience
  • Excellent communication, research, and writing skills
  • Excellent negotiation and mediation skills
  • Committed to excellent customer service and attention to detail
