Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Test Technician to join our manufacturing team. As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for testing and inspecting medium voltage power distribution equipment to ensure it meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough testing and inspection of medium voltage power distribution equipment to identify any defects or issues.
  • Modify test articles as required to ensure they meet our specifications.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on all manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
  • Interpret and understand electrical schematics to diagnose and troubleshoot faults.
  • Handle metal fabrication tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Operate machinery including press brake, forming machine, and bending machines.
  • Document all test procedures and results for future reference and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve any issues that may arise during testing.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience with medium voltage power distribution equipment.
  • Proficiency in modifying test articles and performing routine maintenance.
  • Solid understanding of power distribution and electrical schematics.
  • Demonstrated experience in metal fabrication.
