Overview

Our Skilled Rehabilitation Unit is a state-of-the-art facility that offers a unique blend of acute care and rehabilitation services. We are committed to providing our patients with the highest level of care, and we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team.

Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse on our Skilled Rehabilitation Unit, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized plans of care for our patients. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care, and you will be responsible for monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to care plans as needed.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a current RN license and at least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting. You must also have excellent clinical skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
