Senior Enterprise Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Architect to join our team at Lamb Weston. As a key member of our IT organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business architecture and applications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain IT strategies aligned with corporate and departmental objectives.
- Design and define the structure of technology solutions in accordance with our principles and standards.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends, assessing their potential to be integrated into our existing architecture and advising on their strategic value.
- Create and maintain standards to ensure good guidance is provided to the organization.
- Identify potential risks and issues within our architecture and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed architectural changes or new technology implementations, ensuring that investments are justified and aligned with business priorities.
- Ensure changes to our architecture maximize business value and are done with minimal disruption.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to other team members on architecture-related items.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize our solutions for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, agility, and performance.
- Ensure our solutions comply with regulatory, legal, privacy, and security requirements relevant to our operations.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT with a strong background in system design or application development.
- 5+ years of experience in an architecture role.
- Strong background in business process analysis and the ability to align architecture frameworks and strategies with business goals.
- Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or DoDAF.
- Strong knowledge of IT governance and compliance standards, including GDPR and SOX.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Strong understanding of application technologies and emerging trends.
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow beneficial.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability for up to 10% travel.
