Job Overview

The role involves overseeing the comprehensive Media Strategy in relation to the clients' objectives across the region.

This position encompasses daily responsibilities on key accounts, alongside the formulation and management of long-term media strategies. The Media Supervisor will provide strategic guidance to Media Planners and Assistant Media Planners while retaining daily planning duties.


The Media Supervisor will also oversee the activities of the Media Planner(s) and/or Assistant Media Planner(s) under their supervision.


Key Responsibilities Include:
• Contribute to the overall development of Media Strategy.

• Support digital and social media strategies, conduct ongoing digital assessments, and propose optimization strategies.

• Assist the Associate Media Director on various projects related to client accounts as necessary.


• Engage in client presentations and meetings, ensuring all media-related materials are prepared and accurate.

• Organize and direct the workflow of Planner(s) and Assistant Planner(s) to meet all media planning, analysis, and scheduling demands.

• Accountable for the creation and execution of all Media plans.

• Develop Media Perspectives as required based on requests from clients and account teams.

• Aid in the creation of promotional and sponsorship initiatives.

• Actively share insights on media trends with account teams and clients.

• Create and finalize flowcharts and all pertinent documents (including media budgets, post-buy analyses, value-added reports, etc.).

• Responsible for annual media buy authorizations and the implementation and monitoring of all Media plans and purchases throughout the year.

• Negotiate with media vendors and provide informed recommendations.

• Coordinate media information with relevant departments.

• Foster positive relationships with media vendors.

• Assist the Associate Media Director in managing relationships with agency media partners regarding daily operations.


The Media Supervisor is expected to cultivate a positive rapport with each subordinate, ensuring adequate training and supervision.


This position necessitates the Media Supervisor to establish and maintain strong relationships and collaborate effectively with personnel across various Agency departments to achieve optimal outcomes (Media, Traffic, Planning, and Finance).
