Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical oversight and leadership to a portfolio of nursing facilities, working closely with the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and enhance the overall quality of care.
  • Collaborate with facility leaders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of clinical leaders to support the growth and success of our facilities.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Active RN license in good standing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
  • Proven track record of success in improving patient outcomes and reducing readmissions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
