We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at Trilliant Food & Nutrition, LLC in Little Chute, WI.

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Job Description

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for executing purchasing functions across both Trilliant Food and Horseshoe Beverage. This includes managing material requirements planning (MRP) and data maintenance best practices for buyers, managing inventory replenishment processes at the SKU level, and ensuring suppliers' key performance indicators (KPIs) are met for cost, service, and quality levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execution of Purchasing Functions: Execute purchasing functions across both Trilliant Food and Horseshoe Beverage.
  • Purchasing Projects: Manage purchases and purchasing projects for all direct and/or indirect materials and services through national or regional purchasing agreements or understandings.
  • Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Manage MRP and data maintenance best practices for buyers.
  • Inventory Replenishment: Manage inventory replenishment processes at the SKU level and address changes and issues that may arise.
  • Supplier Performance: Ensure suppliers' KPIs are met for cost, service, and quality levels across all operating centers.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or operations is required.
  • Experience: 3+ years of procurement/supply chain experience with emphasis on sourcing and/or procurement, supply chain related disciplines, and strong analytical skills.
  • Skills: Superior analytical skills, troubleshooting, and judgment skills; attention to detail and strong planning and organizational skills; strong PC skills using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrated strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Physical and Mental Demands

This role requires frequent sitting, hearing, and use of hands to type data, use a personal computer, and telephone. Occasional operation of business machines and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds may also be required. Specific vision abilities include close vision and adjusting focus.
