Job Title: Developmental Therapist

Soar Autism Center is seeking a skilled Developmental Therapist to join our team in Thornton, Colorado.

About the Role

We are dedicated to providing high-quality care to children with autism and their families. As a Developmental Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering individualized therapy sessions, implementing intervention plans, and building strong relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to rigorous standards
  • Implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress
  • Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification
Qualifications
  • Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training)
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
