About the Role

We are seeking a skilled RN Supervisor to lead our Oncology Infusion Center team. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and providing leadership to a team of licensed and non-licensed caregivers and support staff.

Responsibilities
  • Assess daily patient care needs and develop and distribute patient care assignments to ensure quality patient care.
  • Delegate appropriate duties to team members based on their assessed skills and abilities.
  • Evaluate the care delivered by team members and provide direct and immediate feedback and coaching.
  • Participate in the hiring process for new staff members and conduct interviews.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing.
  • 1 year of cumulative job-specific experience.
