Key Responsibilities- Site Management: Manage the site in the absence of the Executive Director, Administrator, or Senior Patient Care Manager, ensuring seamless operations and patient care.
- Clinical Oversight: Oversee clinical and administrative functions, including recordkeeping, to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
- Patient Care: Respond to phone referrals and inquiries in a timely, professional, and compassionate manner, providing direct skilled bedside nursing care as needed.
- Leadership: Participate in on-call nursing schedules and provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.
- Education: Registered Nurse with a minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing required from an accredited school of nursing.
- Experience: Three years' experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting required, with a minimum of one year of management/supervisory experience.
- Licenses and Certifications: Current license to practice nursing in the state of employment, CPR Certification, and valid driver's license.
