Job Summary

As a key member of our Coast Buick GMC team, the Automotive Used Car Sales Consultant will be responsible for selling vehicles and meeting dealership standards of productivity. This role involves four main areas of activity: personal work habits, prospecting, selling, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
  • Demonstrate vehicles and deliver them to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's features and warranty.
  • Establish personal income goals and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
  • Report to the Used Vehicle Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Attend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturer.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license.
