Job Title:
Hardware Test Engineer / Medical Devices

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop test benches and computer systems based on released protocols and instructions.
  • Collaborate with engineers to develop test benches for subsystem and subassembly electromechanical hardware testing during design development, manufacturing, and reliability testing.
  • Debug and modify existing test scripts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Execute tests and collect test data based on test instructions, documenting results and reporting to engineers.

Qualifications:

Required:
  • Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics, plus 3 years of industry experience.
  • Knowledge of programming concepts and ability to modify existing scripts (Python and Unix).
  • Excellent reporting and documentation skills.
  • Experience using data acquisition systems.

Preferred:
  • Intermediate knowledge of automation and servo control systems.
  • Work experience within Medical Device manufacturing environment.

Key Skills:
  • Electromechanical hardware testing.
  • Fixtures setup, test execution, data collection, and documentation.
  • Script modification, test setup debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Product Development Testing.
