As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our premises, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep and Mop Floors: Thoroughly sweep and mop all floors, including restrooms, to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Restroom Maintenance: Clean and stock restrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked and free of any hazards.
  • Overall Upkeep: Perform regular inspections to identify and address any cleaning or maintenance needs, ensuring our facilities are always in excellent condition.
  • Health and Safety: Actively participate in our Health and Safety Program by identifying potential hazards, reporting incidents, and promoting a healthy workplace.
  • Environmental Stewardship: Exercise stewardship of all Timberline Lodge facilities and environments, reducing waste, reusing materials when possible, and recycling whenever feasible.
  • Professional Image: Present a professional, quality image at all times, reflecting positively on Timberline Lodge.
  • Reliability: Regular and reliable attendance is essential for this role.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented with the ability to meet high cleaning standards.
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting: Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility: Must be flexible and capable of bending, twisting, and kneeling.
  • Tight Spaces: Must be able to work in tight spaces.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to move in a timely fashion to meet the pace and demands of the position.
  • Cleaning Chemicals: Must be able to work with basic cleaning chemicals.
  • Weather Conditions: Must be able to walk in snow, icy, uneven, and slippery conditions.
Compensation

$17.00 per hour
