Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Benefits Coordinator to join our team at AIMS LOCUM TENENS LLC. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on civilian and military health insurance systems, including TRICARE and other DoD health care systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on civilian and military health insurance systems, interacting with beneficiaries, insurance programs, and healthcare providers.
  • Assist personnel and their dependents with health care coverage, claims, discrepancies, and grievances with civilian health care systems.
  • Act as the Beneficiary Counseling and Assistance Coordinator (BCAC), advocating for beneficiaries and providing assistance on TRICARE benefits.
  • Coordinate and manage all inquiries for the TRICARE mail order program (TMOP).
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key officials and groups within and outside the organization.
  • Work with members of the public, state and/or federal governments, and advocacy organizations on resolution of individual insurance problems.
Requirements
  • 4 years' experience working with TRICARE and civilian health care insurance systems.
  • 2 years' experience in military human resources.
  • Beneficiary Counseling and Assistance Coordinator training.
  • Proficiency with AHLTA, CHCS, and DEERs systems.
  • Top Secret security clearance.
