About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist to join our team at St. David's Medical Center. As a key member of our cardiovascular team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting in diagnostic and interventional procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in ordering supplies and maintaining inventory to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
  • Monitor and document procedure data in the hemodynamic system
  • Provide education to patients and family members regarding the technical aspects of procedures
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Two years of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Special Procedures Lab environment
  • Graduation from a Cardiovascular Technologist program or equivalent
  • Registration as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Radiologic Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
