Job Summary

The Material Handler is a key member of our warehouse team, responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of products throughout our distribution center. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload finished goods from containers and pick orders while maintaining an organized yard and warehouse
  • Support the warehouse areas by shipping/receiving products, loading and unloading product, and operating a company truck as a backup driver
  • Assist in other areas of the warehouse and division as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of similar warehouse experience
  • Technical training or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years of relevant work experience)
  • Excellent multi-tasking, organization, and documentation skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Demonstrated competency in the use of hand tools and other industry-related equipment
  • Demonstrated ability to read drawings and work to written procedures
  • Must be able to operate a forklift
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
Working Conditions
  • This position may require extended work hours
  • This position may require work in hot and cold temperatures, warehouse environment, and working in close proximity to other teammates
  • A warehouse and distribution center environment
