  • 10+ years senior commercial experience leading an organization with full P&L growth in Specialty Chemical Agriculture, Specialty Chem or similar background.
  • Experience overseeing commercial, strategy, business development, and sales for the entire organization.
  • Demonstrable and proven track record of driving change.
  • Background in at least leading a $400M P&L commercial business and growing it.
  • Experience developing high-performance teams.
  • Strong leadership skills while maintaining a team atmosphere and creating an employee-centric environment.
