Key Responsibilities- Operate, maintain, and repair central chilled water equipment, air handling units, and individual window room air conditioners.
- Repair and maintain refrigeration equipment, including pneumatic and electrical control systems, cooling towers, chillers, and associated equipment.
- Perform daily equipment checks and maintain all tools and test equipment in good working order.
- Order and pick up supplies from local vendors and coordinate with construction projects related to HVAC/Refrigeration.
- Supervise training of General Maintenance Technicians in HVAC and Refrigeration and repair ice machines and associated equipment.
- Check and make temperature adjustments, reset and check out tripped circuit breakers, and acknowledge and reset fire alarm systems.
- Assist with construction projects, painting, patching, or demolition, and move office furnishings as needed.
- Replace ceiling tiles, maintain equipment rooms and shop areas, and keep daily logs and records up to date.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Minimum ten (10) years' experience in HVAC in lieu of Master/Journeymen's Card.
- Licenses: Master/Journeymen's card & Certificate in Universal Refrigeration Transition and recovery.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
