About the Role

Kohler Co. is seeking a Senior E-Commerce Manager to oversee the development and ownership of key relationships with eTail customers and third-party agencies that support our e-commerce customers. The successful candidate will develop strategic direction for Amazon, Wayfair, and other direct pureplay eTailers, identifying and anticipating customer needs to grow Kohler sales and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive e-commerce growth and customer engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with eTail customers and third-party agencies

Requirements
