Senior Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team at Kohler. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies that drive business results and support our company's mission to help people live gracious, healthy, and sustainable lives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute overall human resources strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives and site strategy.
- Plan, create, and coach to support organizational change management and communications.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships of trust to foster transparency, open communication, and collaboration.
- Execute HR processes, including talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and development, within a matrix organization.
- Develop robust talent management plans and drive change initiatives to attract, retain, develop, and engage critical talent.
- Coach associates and managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, formal and informal complaints, discipline, and terminations.
- Lead organizational diagnosis and metrics to drive organizational effectiveness through talent and organizational capabilities and culture.
- Keep informed of local market and competitive trends and leverage insights to develop site-based HR strategies and solutions.
- Partner with Regional teams and Enterprise COE to develop strategies and solutions to labor issues.
- Leverage data to understand and proactively handle issues such as turnover, organizational spans of control, diversity, equity, and merit allocation.
- Bachelor's degree required; HR Certification(s) desired.
- Substantive applicable work experience with comprehensive job-related experience in own area of expertise.
- Experience working with global teams and proven capability to partner and drive results on a global scale.
- Experience as a trusted advisor to management on business issues and business strategy.
- Comprehensive HR experience, including a complete understanding of and hands-on exposure to the full mix of HR functions.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and highly organized with a bias for action, continuous improvement, and team orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication competencies.
- Ability to use a high level of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and empathy/understanding in a diverse work environment.
- Hybrid – 3 days on-site.
- Location – Kohler, WI.
- Work Location – Kohler, WI Campus.
- Travel requirements – 10-15% (domestic and occasional international).
