Remote Position

Overview

Rare Collectibles TV, LLC (RCTV) is seeking dedicated Customer Service Associates. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and is an excellent part-time opportunity with shifts available on weekends.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, your primary duties will include:

  • Handling incoming calls from prospective customers.
  • Assessing customer needs and providing responses in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Informing callers about the various products featured in our televised promotions.
  • Ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the interaction.
  • Maintaining the ability to work at a computer for extended periods, despite varying call volumes.
  • Demonstrating punctuality and reliability in all aspects of the role.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as the first point of contact for customers.
  • The ability to connect and build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the capacity to adapt to changing situations while remaining calm and helpful.
  • Proficient data entry capabilities.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
