  • Pest Control: Conduct thorough inspections to identify the sources of pest issues. Develop and implement tailored solutions using our range of products and services to eliminate pest problems. Execute pest treatments and install preventative measures to ensure a pest-free environment. Maintain and operate service vehicles and equipment efficiently.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers through friendly and professional interactions during service visits. Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions to pest-related concerns. Proactively inform customers about additional services that could enhance their experience.
  • Ongoing Education: Gain comprehensive knowledge of the various products and services offered by Rentokil through paid training. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations. Participate in training sessions on new methods and products to enhance your expertise in pest control solutions. Obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications as required by local, state, and federal regulations, with expenses covered by Rentokil.

Position Requirements:

  • Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Availability to work weekdays and weekends as needed.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop expertise in pest control.
  • Ability to work independently after a training period.
