About the Role

The Advanced Practice Care Coordinator is a critical position within the Neurosurgery department, overseeing the coordination of patient care and ensuring seamless communication among team members.

Main Duties
  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' needs, developing personalized care plans to address their requirements.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care delivery.
  • Care Coordination: Coordinate patient care activities, including transfers, discharges, and referrals to other healthcare services.
Education and Experience
  • Licensure: Possess current licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN/NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the State of New Jersey.
  • Certifications: Hold CDS, DEA, BLS & ACLS certifications.
  • Experience: Require 2-3 years of inpatient, acute care, and neurosurgery experience collectively.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 per year, based on location and qualifications.
