Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct regular security patrols of the facility to identify and mitigate potential safety risks.
- Enforce safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
- Participate in emergency response and crisis management efforts as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in security or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive hourly wage of $18.58.
