With nine psychiatric hospitals located throughout the state and one youth residential psychiatric center in Waco, we offer a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of Texans.
Estimated Salary Range:$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:This dynamic role will focus on developing and implementing training programs for staff members across various disciplines. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the creation of engaging learning experiences that enhance professional growth and improve patient care.
Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering training sessions, evaluating program effectiveness, and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure relevance and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a healthcare setting.
