Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Resolve Visionary. As a Verizon Customer Service Trainee, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving growth through targeted marketing campaigns and sales efforts.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • You will use your unique abilities, desire for growth, and customer service skills to identify and pursue new sales leads using targeted marketing lists.
  • Provide customers with products and solutions that help simplify and organize their lives.
  • Process sales orders, order changes, installation dates, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with the account team to drive the growth and retention of client accounts.
  • Excelling in a team-based, competitive environment where collaboration and open communication are key to success.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience working in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality industries.
  • Consistently reliable transportation to attend live events and meet with clients.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, actively listen, and problem-solve.
  • Strong sales and closing skills, as well as the ability to overcome objections.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
