Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our clients with their life insurance policies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a virtual environment, and be available to report to our office one day a month.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, providing exceptional service and resolving issues related to life insurance policies.
  • Process transactions, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Discuss various topics with customers, including policy enrollment, changes, beneficiary updates, and billing inquiries.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • The ability to work under immediate supervision and follow established guidelines.
  • Familiarity with technology and the ability to use video conferencing tools for interviews, coaching, and training.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
