Job Description:
This Quality Control Associate I/II role will be based at our headquarters in San Diego, California, with flexibility for remote work as needed. Occasional travel may be required for audits and regulatory inspections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine environmental monitoring and sampling.
  • Coordinate sample shipping and testing with outsourced laboratories.
  • Conduct data analysis and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement quality control Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality Assurance departments to ensure compliance.

Requirements:
  • Aseptic processing and gowning in classified areas.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant Biological Science discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in GMP Quality Control laboratories or a combination of GMP/GLP settings.
  • Demonstrated history of independent laboratory microbiology work.
  • Excellent communication, time-management skills, and teamwork abilities.
