Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and acknowledge every customer, maintain outstanding standards, and provide solid product knowledge to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Compliance and Operations: Follow register operations policies and procedures, enforce age-restricted sales, and maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
  • Cash Handling and Accuracy: Accurately and efficiently ring on registers, maintain all cash and paperwork at the registers, and count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Communicate customer requests to management, maintain an orderly appearance of the register area, and work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Requirements
  • Exceptional Guest Service Skills: Provide exceptional guest service skills, including a positive and out-going attitude, and a commitment to understanding and delivering what our guests want.
  • Cash Handling Experience: Have prior cash handling experience and basic math knowledge.
  • Team Player: Be a team player, demonstrate reliability, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency and Washington State, and a Washington State Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) Class 12 Mixologist Permit.
Physical Demands and Work Environment

This is a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week work operation that requires the ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication, exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
