Conveyor Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Conveyor Technician to join our team in Forest, VA. As a Conveyor Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the Assembly Team in the Production Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work from assembly drawings, verbal instructions, and production boards to assemble sub-assemblies and finished assembly products to technical drawings and specifications.
  • Lubricate, align, and adjust assemblies for proper operation.
  • Perform functional tests to meet specifications, quality checks, and on-time deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of mechanical assembly experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to use hand tools (manual, air-drive, and battery-operated) to attach and fasten parts together.
  • Knowledge of measurement tools and ability to make accurate dimensional measurements.
  • Background check and drug screen.

What We Offer:

  • Pay rate of $16 per hour.
  • Day shift working 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
  • Weekly pay through Manpower.
  • Temp to hire opportunity.
