Compensation PackageThe estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionAs a Sales Account Executive at JobNimbus, you will drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. Your mission is to understand our clients' needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
Main Responsibilities:- Achieve and surpass sales targets, leading to significant revenue growth
- Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, resulting in high client satisfaction and repeat business
- Ensure a seamless handoff to our onboarding team, setting the new customer up for success
- Improve sales efficiency and shorten sales cycles, boosting overall team performance
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in CRM software
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
