Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and determine individual needs.
  • Identify and implement suitable nursing interventions.
  • Deliver care tailored to the patient's condition and age.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of medical necessity.
  • Oversee the completion and updates of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
  • Perform timely quality improvement assessments.

Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS certification preferred.
  • CRRN certification preferred.
  • Minimum of six months' experience in a Medical/Surgical acute care setting preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
