Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and determine individual needs.
- Identify and implement suitable nursing interventions.
- Deliver care tailored to the patient's condition and age.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of medical necessity.
- Oversee the completion and updates of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
- Perform timely quality improvement assessments.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS certification preferred.
- CRRN certification preferred.
- Minimum of six months' experience in a Medical/Surgical acute care setting preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
