Medical Records Nurse

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Medical Records Nurse to join our team at The Alden Network. As a Medical Records Nurse, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for our residents. This is a critical role that requires strong clinical expertise and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for residents
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for medical records management
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical records or a related field
- Strong clinical expertise and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
