The Front Desk Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing seamless check-in/check-out processes, room reservations, and addressing all guest requests in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage room reservations, including modifications and cancellations as needed.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a fair and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, payments, and billing adjustments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and address any operational concerns.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is highly desirable.

Work Environment
