We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Reedy River Post Acute in Greenville, SC. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their families.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a nursing facility, with a strong focus on superior customer service and a welcoming personality. You will be responsible for answering phones, monitoring entry, mail, and listening to complaints and assisting with disgruntled family members.

Responsibilities
  • Answering phones and responding to resident inquiries
  • Monitoring entry and mail
  • Listening to complaints and assisting with disgruntled family members
  • Acting as gatekeeper for unwanted visitors/salespeople
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a nursing facility preferred
  • Superior customer service experience required
  • A welcoming personality and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, we provide tuition and loan repayment programs for CNA and Nursing school for full-time staff members.
