About the Role

We are a national consulting firm dedicated to providing compassionate emergency management services. Our team has successfully assisted clients during major disasters, including COVID-19, Hurricane Maria, and others. As a Public Service Medical Licensing Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Emergency Operations Center.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Explain complex rules, regulations, and policies to the public, ensuring they understand agency programs and procedures.
  2. Use policy manuals, handbooks, and reference materials to answer questions and provide specialized assistance.
  3. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, adhere to departmental procedures, and participate in training sessions to learn technical data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; two years of experience in customer service with one year involving explanation of rules, regulations, and policies, dealing with unique situations.
  • Prior medical, nursing, or public health background preferred.
