We invite you to consider a role as a Family or Internal Medicine Physician with Summit Health Inc.

- A minimum of 2 years of clinical outpatient experience post-residency
- Current, unrestricted state medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is mandatory
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Active registration or eligibility for registration with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA)
- Active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; Athena preferred
