Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Conduct thorough health assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide education to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Texas.
  • Board certification in a primary care specialty (e.g., Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of medical conditions.
