Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our Primary Care team at Houston Methodist Primary Care Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventative care to patients in a primary care setting
  • Conduct physicals, order tests and therapy, prescribe medications, and refer to specialists as needed
  • Work collaboratively with our interprofessional team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices to provide the highest level of care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
  • Current licensure and certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • At least 2 years of experience in primary care or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
