We are seeking a highly skilled D365 CE Technical Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics CRM, with a minimum of 12+ years of experience in the field.

  • **Technical Requirements:**
  • Must have a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 and its various components, including Sales, Marketing, and Field Services.
  • Experience with complex customizations and configurations is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of plugins, workflows,.NET, JavaScript, Portals, and APIs is required.
  • Ability to design and implement architecture solutions is a must.
  • Lead technical positions for applications, ensuring overall design, integration, technical requirements, and alignment with enterprise strategies.
  • Must have good knowledge of coding best practices and be able to work directly with the client and lead design discussions with business and technical teams.
  • Ability to address technical questions and clarifications is essential.
  • Single point of contact for technical SME and management for all reviews, reporting, signoffs, and approvals.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and ability to work with Infosys, Microsoft, and clients to track technical progress.
  • Good knowledge of related Microsoft technologies, including Power Automation, Power BI, and Azure.
