Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Client Finance team to create reports by Client covering key financial metrics.
  • Work closely with client teams to ensure consistent process supports and reporting needs, including staff utilization.
  • Prepare weekly or monthly client reporting based on SAP data.
  • Partner with billing, production and client teams to ensure client report accuracy.
  • Work to resolve client reporting related questions and requests.
Client Profitability:
  • Prepare client profitability reporting on a monthly basis.
  • Work closely with Client Finance Manager and client teams to analyze issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with client teams to implement profitability improvement strategies.
Client Forecasts:
  • Work closely with Client Finance Manager to prepare client revenue forecasts.
  • Submit client revenue forecasts in HFM in accordance with Publicis Groupe deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar field.
  • Relevant internship experience and/or 1+ years of work experience considered.
  • Strong technical skills, especially Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Strong preference for Boston area candidates.
  • Comfortable digging through large volumes of reporting for key operational findings.
  • Ability to maintain and grow positive client relationships.
  • Self-motivation to work independently.
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
